Gail Kenny started her career in commercial property, moving into travel by pure chance in the late 80’s. She gained diverse experience in both tour operating (Austravel) and corporate travel (BCD Travel).

Prior to founding Gail Kenny Recruitment, Gail played a significant part in the growth of an executive recruitment business specialising in the travel sector. During this time, she acquired a thorough knowledge of the travel industry. Gail rose to become a senior director and the driving force behind this company. With over 12 years experience in executive recruitment and search, Gail has an ability to match clients’ specific requirements with an intuitive selection of candidates.

Gail Kenny is involved with Association of Women in Travel, a professional organization. She is regularly asked to judge the online travel awards and over the years has built up an extensive network of contacts in the travel industry.
