Louise O’Grady

Louise has always had a keen interest in the travel and tourism industry, following her graduation with BA (Hons) Tourism Management with French, Louise began her career in the industry, working at Cheapflights as an account executive on cheapaccommodation – the accommodation portal of the company. Whilst here Louise managed accounts with accommodation providers, developed relations with clients and liaising with the in house technical team to ensure all content was displayed accurately. Louise was also responsible for producing monthly newsletters as an additional means of communication to all accounts.

Following this role, Louise digressed into the hospitality sector, working for Whitbread at the brands flagship Premier Inn as Sales Executive. Whilst here Louise managed accounts across all sectors – airline, corporates, mice, groups and leisure and liaised with decision makers, agents, accommodation buyers, and various third parties. Louise was responsible for driving sales into the hotel that were in line with the hotels strategic goals. In addition to this Louise also organised a number of key client events and hosted numerous familiarisation trips, whilst further developing the sales culture amongst the team in the hotel.
