Does your business have social media guidelines?

Lowcostholidays withdrew an online ad campaign asking consumers if they’ve been ‘Thomas Crooked’.  It blamed an “overzealous member of staff’.  Companies need to set brand guidelines, both offline and online.  This is more difficult to mandate however with social media and the freedom/speed it affords.  Our sister brand, Puregenie Digital Recruitment is sponsoring a Figaro seminar on Thursday and throughout the afternoon we will hear from a handful of social media thought-leaders and digital marketing industry experts.  Hopefully we will explore what others have done to safeguard their businesses.   We hope to see you there,
