Is This The Future of Resume C.V.s?

Infographics are now a staple of visually displaying data. It makes the potentially mundane statistics curiously interesting and more palatable.

However, can this strategy be used when showcasing your own achievements and statistically measurable experiences? Image boards on Pinterest have been showcasing some interesting examples but are they a novelty or could they be the future of job applications?

Do you think that they should be strictly reserved as a joke innovation or are they a great idea for the creative and new-thinking industries?

    Well done James, looks fantastic. I think it’s an innovative way of demonstrating the creative flare of a candidate alongside their credentials.

  3. Not sure if this will catch on – I don’t know many recruiters who will look at the links in it if your employment history isn’t there. Your CV will also be missed when recruiters do CV searches for key skills.

    On a positive note I love the way you’ve designed it and for more creative jobs it is definitely one way of standing out !
