We are seeking an ambitious, motivated, proven leader to drive revenue through identification and realization of new market opportunities for this leading travel brand . The remit is to create and execute our client’s online B2B sales strategy across EMEA. Although you need to think strategically, this role is hands on and requires you to drive sales excellence through coaching and supporting your team to build long term commercial partnerships with some of the larger travel businesses, as well as non travel sectors. This role also will enable you to develop a senior profile that involves public speaking at events and media opportunities. Proven consultative sales experience is essential, and we are looking for somebody who is naturally instinctive when it comes to new business – one who is particularly adept in managing longer sales cycles. Your finely tuned influencing skills will be called upon every day in this highly competitive, fast paced and complex environment. Managing a B2B sales team within one or more relevant fields; online travel, online commerce/retailing or affiliate marketing would be preferable, but not essential. Fluency in English – additional languages preferred: French, Italian, Spanish, German, Dutch or any of the Scandinavian languages. Of course the role involves travel so you will need to be flexible.
