Description:
This online travel agent is experiencing impressive growth largely driven by sales of flights, hotels and car hire through its website and call centres. The company makes its money by charging hotels and airlines a commission on each booking. They are looking to recruit a professional, natural leader to be responsible for standard of customer service delivered across the business and the Customer Service department which contains several teams (approximately 125 staff) including the inbound call centre, customer relations, in resort, dispatch etc. To qualify for this role, you will need an operational management background, with extensive experience in measuring and improving standards of customer service and operational efficiency in large call centres. You will also need to be bright, energetic, tenacious and personable. You must be eligible to work in the UK.
