Account Management Business Analyst

Description:
Do you want to work for a leading social networking company? Our client is looking to recruit an Account Management Business Analyst to carry out day to day reporting and data analysis to support the smooth running of the Account Management team. This role will see you oversee the development and maintenance of the tools necessary to track the performance of the team against goals, as well as adjust the Account Management strategy to maximize revenue opportunities with partners across all markets. Day to day responsibilities include: - Finding optimal CPC pricing points (by placement, IP etc…) - Gathering insight on current coverage, coverage gaps, opportunities for each market - KPI Tracking (revenue per session, clicks per session, bounce rate, CPC trends) - Ad hoc queries: provide analytical support to the fast-growing business as it evolves - Set up and generate a business analysis suite to be produced weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly - Using Warehouse, Visual Science, Minerva etc to carry out the above The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in an analytical role, with strong project management and problem-solving skills. They will have experience with using Visual Sciences, SQL queries, Omniture, Webtrends, Coremetrics, HBX, or other website analytics tools. Working familiarity with fully-deployed installation of Visual Sciences tool is preferable.
